Stiltz Homelifts is seeking a highly creative and skilled Multimedia Content Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in shaping how our brand is visually represented across various platforms and supporting our mission to redefine home accessibility.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in video filming, editing, photography, and graphic design, with an eye and passion for visionary storytelling to engage potential franchisees, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Video & Photography:

• Video Production: Create high-quality marketing, training and product videos from concept development to final production, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing and final delivery, with a focus on driving conversions and engagement.
• Photography: Capture professional-grade images of products, installations, and lifestyle settings to support digital marketing, print campaigns, and branding efforts.
• Post-Production Excellence: Edit videos and photos with consistent quality, engaging storytelling, and alignment with brand guidelines, incorporating feedback to improve output. 

Creative Strategy & Design:

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and franchising teams to develop and execute creative concepts aligned with business objectives and performance metrics.
• Graphic Design: Design engaging visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media graphics, brochures, email campaigns, and presentations, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
• Brand Alignment: Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring storytelling and visuals effectively communicate our mission to redefine home accessibility. 

Data-Driven Optimization:

• Performance Monitoring: Measure the impact of multimedia content on KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, lead conversions, and social impressions) and iterate based on insights.
• Trend Analysis: Stay informed about multimedia and franchise marketing trends, incorporating innovations that enhance content quality and effectiveness.
• A/B Testing: Test different content styles, formats, and messaging to refine approaches and maximize audience engagement.

Operational Excellence: 

• Equipment Management: Organize and maintain video, photography, and lighting equipment to ensure readiness for all projects.
• Project Management: Effectively manage multiple deadlines and priorities, delivering projects on time without compromising quality.
• File Organization: Develop and maintain a well-organized digital file library for video, photography, and multimedia assets, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval for the team.

Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Film, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of proven experience in video filming, editing, photography, and graphic design, ideally within a marketing or branding environment.

• Experience with motion graphics and animation a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other editing tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and lighting techniques.
• Experience creating content for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and customer engagement.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphic design.
• Travel to locations to gain content will be required.

Salary: 

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
