Key Responsibilities

The Stiltz Dealer Support Representative provides outstanding Stiltz brand experience to our Dealer Partners serving as the main point of contact for lift order processing and shipments.

• Become a product expert and understand each Partner’s needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver an exceptional Stiltz experience.

• Handle end-to-end processing of lift orders submitted by Stiltz partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry, verification, and fulfilment.

• Proactively resolve Partner problems, and work with management as needed to find the best possible solutions.

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.

• Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Warehouse and Technical to facilitate smooth order processing, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of Stiltz lifts.

• Communicate with Partners in a clear and friendly way via phone, email, video conference, and text.

Projects assigned by Dealer Support Supervisor in response to departmental needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Technical proficiency of lifts and strong product knowledge (to be developed after hire)

Problem solving abilities.

Knowledge of computer applications to include Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite and ZenDesk

Salary:

$21.81 Hourly
