Looking Back at 2024: A Year of Wellbeing at Stiltz
As we move into 2025, it’s an ideal time to reflect on the significant strides made in supporting the wellbeing of Stiltz team throughout 2024.
At Stiltz, our commitment to fostering a culture of connectivity, support and empowerment has been at the forefront. Our Wellbeing Committee has played a pivotal role in ensuring that every colleague feels valued and enabled to be their best selves.
Central to everything we were able to achieve, was the promotion of physical, mental and emotional health. From engaging awareness days to community events, here’s a glimpse at some of the initiatives that made 2024 such a meaningful year for Stiltz People:
Time to Talk Day – We encouraged open dialogue around Mental Health.
World Sleep Day - Our team benefited from insightful sleep webinars, where experts share tips for better rest, emphasizing the importance of quality sleep.
World Health Day - We highlighted holistic health practices and shared helpful information that can contribute to improving overall wellbeing.
Mental Health Awareness Week - Throughout the week there was sharing of helpful resources and activities such as rock painting and corn hole aimed at bringing people together and promoting mental health awareness.
Thank You Day - A celebration of the outstanding work by the global Stiltz team.
International Dog Day – A hugely popular initiative which ended with a vote, crowning the Stiltz Dog of the Year 2024.
St Jude’s Walk - This charity endeavour saw fundraising efforts like selling paintings and some of the Stiltz team joining in the 5km walk/run to raise awareness and funds for the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
Wear it Pink - Every Wednesday in October we wore pink to show support and solidarity for Breast Cancer research and awareness.
World Menopause Day - What can often by an ‘off-limits’ subject, we provided education and support whilst launching our own internal Menopause Policy.
