We’re all for creating a workplace where teamwork, connection, and a little fun go hand in hand. Our recent St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the US Head Office in Pennsylvania was the perfect example.     

The office was decked out in festive decorations including plenty of shamrocks. 

Many embraced the spirit of the day by wearing green 💚 celebrating both St. Paddy’s tradition and embracing the Stiltz colours, while some went all out and showed up in kilts.

The highlight of the day? A company-wide lucky coin hunt 🪙

Teams from every department raced to find hidden treasure, all while outsmarting a mischievous leprechaun 🌈 💰 who would only leave their gold be if they answered his questions correctly.

It was fantastic to see so many take part, connect with colleagues, and enjoy a well-earned break from the usual routine.

It just goes to show a little celebratory fun goes a long way in bringing people together 🍀 🤝
