How it started…
I began my journey with Stiltz in 2021 as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR). I quickly found my rhythm and my passion. I thrived in the fast-paced environment and soon began breaking records. That momentum revealed a clear need: someone to train and inspire new Representatives. I stepped into that space and built the ISR Training Program from the ground up, shaping it into what it is today.
Where it led…
Along the way, I dipped into outside sales and instantly knew I had found what truly lights me up. I love selling. I love connecting. I love helping people make life-changing decisions with empathy at the core. In 2024, when Stiltz began Franchising, we needed someone to lead sales training for our new network and I was all in. Today, I proudly serve as the Franchise Sales Training and Development Manager, blending emotional intelligence, real-world selling experience and structured education into every training touchpoint.
What inspires me...
What drives me is simple, helping people unlock their full potential, especially by teaching them to sell with a genuine heart. I believe training is more than checklists and scripts, it’s about helping others find their voice, their confidence, and their "Why".
Since 2021, I’ve had the privilege of watching Stiltz USA expand, moving through three different buildings, a clear sign of our momentum and mission. I’ve grown alongside this company, and from day one, I knew this is where I belonged. Stiltz has consistently invested in me, supporting my development, encouraging my curiosity, and giving me every tool I need to become the trainer I always aspired to be.
