How it began...

It all began unexpectedly. Post-pandemic my Amazon business was struggling and my partner mentioned that Stiltz was hiring. She had an interview lined up and told me to apply too. I went along with it, mostly to please her, without much expectation of getting the role. My interview with Sam wasn't great, I've never been great at them. Despite that, Sam gave me a chance, and I was determined to make the most of it.

Your journey so far...

My journey since then has been phenomenal. Thanks to coaching from Sam & Matt, support at home, and constant guidance from my peers Kory and Meghan, I’ve developed both professionally and personally. We always share ideas, challenging  each other and striving to be our best. I've prioritized continuous learning, listening to audiobooks and videos, and always being open to feedback. One of the biggest lessons learnt is that my approach isn’t the only approach. This shift in mindset has profoundly enhanced my leadership and sales effectiveness.

What inspires you...

A lot inspires me. I graduated with a degree in Human Services because I’ve always wanted to help people and working at Stiltz offers a tangible way to live that out. There's real joy in helping older adults stay in their beloved homes. It’s not just about selling a product. It’s about being part of something that changes lives. Beyond that, I'm constantly inspired by learning. I set a daily goal to learn something new, whether it’s why certain businesses succeed, how products are made, or simply understanding people better.

Would you recommend Stiltz?

Absolutely. I’m fortunate to work alongside people I genuinely appreciate, while contributing to a company whose mission I believe in. That’s not something everyone gets to experience.
